Reverse Migration:
- Approach if a company moves data from cloud to on-premises.
Multi-Region Challenges:
- Handling infrastructure and resources across different regions.
Cross-Project Migration:
- Access requirements when working in a development project but needing data from a production project.
Data Warehousing Concepts:
- Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) Types 1, 2, and 3.
- Change Data Capture (CDC) logic.
General Questions:
- Team structure.
- Daily work responsibilities.
Round 3 – HR Discussion
Mode: HR may connect via call or email.
Discussion Points:
- Salary expectations.
- Offer-related details.
Important Note:
- HSBC typically has a long interview and offer finalization process.
- They usually do not consider counteroffers, so it is important to communicate your expectations clearly from the beginning.
Final Outcome:
- Selected for the role in Bangalore with a package of 18 LPA.
- After negotiation, the offer was revised to 19 LPA.
- Despite holding an existing 24 LPA offer and having 4+ years of experience, this was the maximum offered.
